DEFINITIONS OF 6 STATES OF ANXIETY SOURCE WHO
STRESS
Stress: A heightened emotional or physical state in response to a real-life situation that does directly impact you. This worry is triggered by something tangible or specific that requires your attention or action, leading to feelings of pressure or urgency.
TERROR
Terror: An intense form of stress in response to a situation perceived as immediately threatening or dangerous. This level of fear typically causes a strong, often overwhelming, fight-or-flight response due to the perception of imminent harm.
ANGUISH
Anguish: A severe form of anxiety that manifests as an acute episode or attack. This often involves intense emotional pain, sometimes accompanied by physical symptoms, making it difficult to manage or alleviate quickly.
WORRY
Worry: This is a feeling of unease or concern about an actual event or situation, but one that doesn’t personally affect or involve you. It’s often a lingering apprehension about things beyond your control or influence.
ANXIETY
Anxiety: A pervasive fear or worry about future events or situations, particularly those that are uncertain or unknown. This anticipation of potential threats can lead to persistent unease, even when the situation hasn’t occurred.
VULNERABILITY
Vulnerability: The feeling of being susceptible to experiencing anxiety attacks again. It’s a lingering sense of fear related to past episodes, where you feel exposed to the possibility of similar distressing experiences recurring.

OUR GOALS
Our objective is to provide anxiety help roadmap through a chatbot, to connect anyone to different local solutions (psychiatrists, therapist, life coaches, association, mental health applications, wellness shops, sports coaches, and events…), to improve their well-being, by providing them with information over anxiety through our partners. This will allow anyone to benefit from optimal, early, preventive, or curative care, free of charge.
